Creamy Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Smoked Paprika and kale

Fogline Farms Italian Sausage Ragu with Zucchini Noodles

Keeps well for up to five days or freeze . Bring a heavy bottomed pan to medium high heat and empty jar into your pan. For firmer noodles just heat  quickly and pull once the ragu is warm. For softer noodles allow the zucchini to release some of its water and then thicken. Enjoy!

Best within 3 days. Can be eaten at room temperature but we prefer  toasting the polenta until crispy. You can also sear them on a warm heavy bottomed pan for a few minutes until browned and crisp on each side. We recommend shredding the basil.
