Parsley, Leek and Mushroom Soup

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently.

Crispy Polenta Bites Over Rocket with Whole Basil

Best within 3 days. Can be eaten at room temperature but we prefer  toasting the polenta until crispy. You can also sear them on a warm heavy bottomed pan for a few minutes until browned and crisp on each side. We recommend shredding the basil.

Sesame Chicken Salad with Cucumber Noodles

Best within three days. Just shake the dressing vigorously, toss and enjoy.

Warm Beet and Potato Salad with Lemony Yogurt Sauce

Best within five days. Heat a heavy bottomed pan  on medium and toss in salad. Stir frequently until potatoes are softened and warmed through. Remove from heat and drizzle with yogurt Sauce.

Swiss Chard and Red Potato Frittata with Arugula Pesto and Ricotta Cheese

Keeps well for one week. Warm in  an oven or toaster oven preheated to 350F for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through. Enjoy with some greens for a complete meal! (If you eat it in a paper towel on the way to work...we won’t judge:)

Keeps well for up to one week.  Let come to room temperature or warm gently at 325 for 5 minutes.

Keeps well for up to one  week or freeze. Toast at 325 for 10 minutes or until crispy. Pairs well with dinner but also great for breakfast with a fried egg and greens.
