Creamy Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Smoked Paprika and kale

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low until heated through, stir frequently.

Young Roasted Carrots with Sprouts and Lemony Thyme Yogurt Sauce

Best within three days. It’s so hot you may just want to enjoy these carrots chilled over greens but they are intended to be seared on a hot pan until browned on two sides. Top with yogurt sauce and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Keeps well for one week or freeze. Warm on a hot pan for a few minutes on both sides or warm in an oven at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Top with greens, cilantro cashew cream (if you’ve got it) or your favorite burger toppings. We love it as a lettuce wrap with avocado and pickled red onion.

Fogline Farms Italian Sausage Ragu with Zucchini Noodles

Keeps well for up to five days or freeze . Bring a heavy bottomed pan to medium high heat and empty jar into your pan. For firmer noodles just heat  quickly and pull once the ragu is warm. For softer noodles allow the zucchini to release some of its water and then thicken. Enjoy!
