In a saute pan over medium heat, add a little oil or butter and add shakshuka. Bring to a simmer and then with a spoon, make a little well in the middle of the pan. Heat a large cast-iron pan over high heat, add a little oil and allow to coat the entire pan. Once the oil is hot, add in your fajita veggies. Stir around quickly and then let sear on one side for a minute or so and repeat until veggies are tender and have a nice caramelized color. Add in chicken OR oyster mushrooms and let heat gently until warmed through. Add fajita seasoning and stir to coat the veggies completely. Then add the whipped cilantro lime butter and stir to incorporate. Once the butter has melted, turn off the heat and squeeze lime over the top. Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil, add noodles and reduce to a simmer. Cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter of your choosing. Sear chicken on both sides to heat through, add one tablespoon of water and cover with a lid to lightly steam. Once water has evaporated, remove from the pan and set aside. Preheat Oven to 350. In an oven safe dish, add chicken and broccolini. Cover and bake for 15 minutes until heated through, remove from the lid. Finish baking for 5-8 minutes.
