Curried Carrot Soup with Kaffir Lime and Coconut

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low until heated through, stir frequently. Stretch your soup further with some sautéed shrimp or serve along side our Thai green bean salad.

Warm in  an oven or toaster oven preheated to 350F for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through. Enjoy with some greens for a complete meal!
