How do I setup my account for the first time?
To create an account, go to sendbottles.com/goldenroots
Select the Golden Roots meal plan.
Click “new order” next to the meal plan option.
Select your delivery day.
Add items to your cart.
Select pickup or delivery.
Review your order.
Enter your credit card information at the bottom of the page.
Submit the form and check your inbox for your welcome letter.
Can I make a special request?
Yes. Please text or call us at (831)288-3982 with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it.
How can I purchase a gift certificate?
How do I place an order after signing up?
If you have signed in on the device your using you should be sent right into your account. If not Click “already have an account, log in”.
Enter your cell phone number.
Enter the token you received by text message .
Make your selections!
How do I confirm or skip my order each week once I’ve signed up?
Each week you’ll be sent a reminder text with a unique link.
Click the link to customize your order or skip.
Customize your order.
Hit “complete order”
You’ll have until the cutoff time to make any changes to your order.
Your card will be charged at the cutoff time unless you skip for the week.
How do I place my order from the website?
Click the "Let's Eat Button"
Click “already have an account, log in” if you have already started with Bottle.
New to GRK? Click "New Order" and set up your account.
Why can’t I see the menu?
New menus are created each week, and are available for viewing and ordering from Thursday through Friday @ 2pm. Check back on Thursday for an active menu! Once you sign up, we will text you when the new menu is available. In the meantime, you have a few options. Check out our Instagram page @goldenrootskitchen for images of previous menu items, click on the MENU tab at the bottom of the page for sample menus, or go to our Serving & Ingredients tab at the top for our most recent menus.
How do I change my order for the week?
Log in to your account or click the link that was sent to you via text or email
At the top of the page, you will see “order confirmed” and “edit”
Click “order confirmed”.
Then click on any of your order items in green and you’ll be able to make your selections.
How do I put my subscription on pause?
Go to your account page.
Select the subscription you would like to pause.
Click on the “edit” for the subscription you would like to pause.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section “pause”.
Enter the date you would like to pause until.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account page.
Select the subscription you would like to cancel.
Click on the “edit” for the subscription you would like to cancel.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section “actions”.
Click “cancel subscription”.
How do I make changes to my preferences?
Login to your account.
Next to your subscription, click “edit”.
On this page, you can edit your address, change your email, select email notifications instead of text message, and pause your account.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
We ask that you leave a cooler in an easy to find outdoor location for us to place your order in. If you have any jars you would like to return then please leave those as well and we will leave your deposit money.
Do you deliver nationwide?
We wish we could provide this service across the country! We currently focus on our local communities of Santa Cruz and Los Gatos counties. If we figure out a way to expand our region while maintaining the quality that comes from having a direct relationship with our farmers and clients, we will certainly let you know! In the meantime, feel free to find inspiration for your own kitchen creations from our Serving & Ingredients page, Menus, Blog, and Instagram posts.
