Stovetop and Oven: Shakshuka is a Middle Eastern dish made from spiced stewed tomatoes, topped with a baked eggs. It's a really flexible base that you can choose to add an egg to or serve with a slice of our sprouted oat and seed bread or your grain or pasta of choice. Start by warming sauce in a cast iron pan over medium heat till you bring sauce to a very gentle bubble. Create wells in the sauce and crack eggs into holes. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven to bake eggs for about 6 minutes. We like our eggs runny in the middle. Serve and enjoy!
