Stovetop and Oven: Shakshuka is a Middle Eastern dish made from spiced stewed tomatoes, topped with a baked eggs. It's a really flexible base that you can choose to add an egg to or serve with a slice of our sprouted oat and seed bread or your grain or pasta of choice. We've added sprouted Vaquero beans from Rancho Gordo. Please note, this dish does not come with eggs!
Start by warming sauce in a cast iron pan over medium heat till you bring sauce to a very gentle bubble. Create wells in the sauce and crack eggs into holes. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven to bake eggs for about 6 minutes. We like our eggs runny in the middle. Serve and enjoy!

Oven: We use Superior Farms pasture-raised lamb and shredded tart apples to create a soft and juicy meatloaf like you've never tasted before. Lightly spiced with cumin and dressed with a tangy tahini sauce, this dish can easily be paired with any of our salads or simple greens. To reheat place lamb on a parchment lined tray in a 350 degree pre-heated oven. Warm for about 10 minutes till crispy around the edges. Top and finish with tahini sauce.
