Parsley, Leek and Mushroom Soup

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently.

Warm Beet and Potato Salad with Lemony Yogurt Sauce

Best within five days. Heat a heavy bottomed pan  on medium and toss in salad. Stir frequently until potatoes are softened and warmed through. Remove from heat and drizzle with yogurt Sauce.

Creamy Cauliflower and Celery Root Soup with Roasted Shiitakes

Baby Kale Caesar Salad with Crispy Garlic Potato Croutons

Best within 3 days. Bring to room temperature. Toss with dressing and enjoy! For a more robust meal pair with a grilled or seared protein like chicken, shrimp or fish.

Smoked Paprika Bok Choy Ramen

Best within five days. This is a two pot project….or if you want to keep it simple make the noodles first and then reuse your pot :) You know we want it to be easy!

Bring a small pot of water to boil with a splash of oil and teaspoon of salt. Once your water is boiling add noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, breaking the noodles up a bit as they cook. Pull them when the noodles are still firm- they will continue to cook in the hot broth. Drain and rinse with a bit of water. At the same time or using the same pot bring the veggies and dashi to a light simmer for a couple minutes. Pour over your noddles and enjoy!

Curried Carrot Soup with Kaffir Lime and Coconut

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently.  We love to use this soup as a base to add whatever sautéed veggies we have on hand. This soup also pairs really well with sautéed shrimp, crab or seared  flakey white fish. Toss it in and enjoy!

Sweet Potato Pesto Picnic Salad

Best within 3 days. This salad can be eaten at room temperature (not straight from the fridge:) or if you prefer you can gently warm. If warming best to remove the fresh mint and the egg. Heat just the potatoes and peas in an oven covered at 350 for 10 minutes or sauté  on a warm pan for a few minutes. Top with pesto dressing, mix and enjoy!

Spring Herbs With English Peas and Zucchini

Keeps for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently. If the soup gets too thick as you reheat,  add a splash of water. Pairs well with chopped bacon or pancetta and a slice of our everything bread.

Young Roasted Carrots

Best within 3 days. Remove sprouts and heat a heavy bottom pan on medium high heat. Sear the carrots on 2 sides until nicely browned. Alternatively you can reheat in an oven at 375 for 10 minutes. Top with yogurt sauce and pumpkin seeds. Pairs well with fresh greens or this weeks miso marinated lettuce wraps.

Miso Marinated Chicken Wraps
