Seared Zucchini and Oyster Mushroom Soup with Kaffir Lime

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.

Best within 3 days. Can be eaten at room temperature or warmed (just hold the lettuce back and quickly stir fry). This is a knife and fork salad that pairs well with seared white fish or shrimp.

Turkey and Seared Corn Meatballs with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce and Slaw

Best within 3 days. Remove meatballs and sear for 2 minutes on two sides in a heavy-bottomed pan, or warm in an oven at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Plate with slaw and red pepper sauce. Let us know what you think, this is a new one!
