Spring Herbs With English Peas and Zucchini

Keeps for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently. If the soup gets too thick as you reheat,  add a splash of water. Pairs well with chopped bacon or pancetta and a slice of our everything bread.

Zucchini*, English Peas*, Leek*, Onion*, Extra Virgin Olive Oil*, Shallots, Garlic*, Dill*, Tarragon, Sea Salt, Pepper*.

Young Roasted Carrots

Best within 3 days. Remove sprouts and heat a heavy bottom pan on medium high heat. Sear the carrots on 2 sides until nicely browned. Alternatively you can reheat in an oven at 375 for 10 minutes. Top with yogurt sauce and pumpkin seeds. Pairs well with fresh greens or this weeks miso marinated lettuce wraps.

Italian White Bean Soup

Best within one week. Warm gently over medium low heat stirring frequently. We found that after refrigerating this soup it  really wanted a generous pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon so please season to taste!

Miso Marinated Chicken Wraps

Please eat immediately. Bring dressing to room temperature and shake to combine. Drizzle over wraps. These guys turned out pretty delicate served on butter lettuce so you may need a knife and fork. (We’ll do some more R&D to offer them a little differently next time:)

Cilantro Cashew Cream

Best within one week.  Use a dollop on tacos, a grain bowl, stir fry or a simple fried egg. We also love this as a dressing for slaw.  Let us know how your using it, we’d love to know!

Sweet Potato and Leek Frittata with Feta

Keeps well for one week. Warm in oven or toaster oven preheated to 350F for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through. Enjoy with some greens for a great breakfast or lunch.

Almond Butter Brownies

Keeps well for up to one week, refrigerated. Bring to room temperature or warm them up gently at 325 for 5 minutes.
