Ready to Grill: Leave the outer layers of the corn attached. Get your grill or pan hot and add the corn, rotating every minute so all sides get warmed (takes about 5 minutes.) Then peel back the husk (the silk has already been removed for you.) Baste the corn in the marinade, apply it thickly. Make sure your heat is very high and sear the corn on a couple sides- there will be some blackening of the sauce, that’s okay. Remove from heat and sprinkle on the sesame-cilantro topping. Enjoy!
