Peanut Lime Slaw

Keeps well refrigerated for four days.

Heat in the oven: Warm fritters in the oven at 375 for 5-8 minutes or until crispy. Toss greens with balsamic and red onion and then fritters. If you like at chicken, fish or a fried egg.

Warm on the Stove: Bring a small pot of water to boil. Add brown rice and millet ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. (Noodles will keep cooking in the broth so for firmer noodles pull earlier.) At the same time in a separate pot (or reuse the same) warm ramen over medium heat until it comes to a light simmer. Add noodles and enjoy!
