In a saute pan over medium heat, add oil or butter of your choice. Then add the sweet potato hash and saute until heated through- for crispy hash allow to sit in the pan for a few extra minutes without flipping. In one pot, bring a quart of water to a rolling boil and add in noodles. Reduce to a simmer and cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, empty Kimchi soup contents into a medium-sized saucepan and warm over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Once noodles are finished, strain and add them into the soup.

Soft Polenta: In a small pot, add polenta squares and a little milk or broth (for a two squares start with a .5c milk or broth, for four squares add 1c). Break up polenta with a whisk and stir continuously over medium heat until smooth and heated through. You may need to add a little more liquid to get to your desired consistency.
Baked Polenta: Pre-heat oven to 350F (convection preferred). Place squares of polenta on a lined baking sheet or oven safe dish and bake polenta squares for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
