In a saute pan over medium heat, add oil or butter of your choice and sear patties on both sides for a few minutes until heated through. Then add the yams and saute in the same pan until heated through- for crispy hash allow to sit in the pan for a few extra minutes without flipping add spinach and continue cooking till spinach is wilted.
