Preheat Oven to 350. In an oven safe dish, add chicken. Cover and bake for 15 minutes until heated through, remove from the lid turn oven to broil. Add potatoes and finish baking for 5-8 minutes or until you get a little color on the top of the chicken and potatoes are warmed through. Remove chicken and potatoes to plates and serve with BBQ sauce, sour cream and a sprinkle of green onion!

Preheat Oven to 400. In an oven safe dish, add mashes potatoes to one side and place chicken breast on the other. Cover and bake for 15- 20 minutes until heated through.
