Stovetop: A traditional South Indian breakfast dish loaded with protein from sprouted Mung Dhal, a little basmati rice, ginger, cumin and cilantro. This is part of our ready to cook offerings, meaning all the prep work is done, you just have to finish it with the heat! Spread the batter thinly on a flat non-stick surface (we prefer cast iron) and let cook for a few minutes. Flip and toast to crispy perfection. Oven: These roasted carrots are served with a spicy coconut milk based sauce infused with lemongrass, garlic, chili, ginger and fish sauce. Topped with roasted sprouted peanuts and fresh cilantro and mint. Place carrots on a parchment lined tray i a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Heat for about 5-7 minutes till warm.
