Black Truffle Mushroom and Chive Soup

Keeps for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat. Careful not to overheat to preserve the truffle flavor.

Serve alongside the Roasted Beet Salad.

Vegetable broth* (Celery*, Carrots*, Onion*, Bay Leaf) Brown and Oyster Mushrooms*, Shallots*, Truffle Pate (Extra virgin Olive Oil and Black Italian Truffles,) Cashews*, Clarified Butter (Ghee)*, White Wine, Chives*, Rosemary,* Thyme,* Truffle Salt and Black Pepper.

Chimichurri Chickpea Salad

Best within 5 days. Enjoy cool or at room temperature. Serve with our cilantro coconut rice, or enjoy with some greens.

Sprouted Chickpea*, Tomato*, Sheep's Milk Feta, Cucumber, Almond*, Parsley*, Cilantro*, Red Wine Vinegar*, Extra Virgin Olive Oil*, Oregano*, Crushed Red Pepper*, Garlic*, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt*, Black Pepper*  

Kaffir Lime & Cilantro Coconut Brown Rice

Best within 5 days. Warm gently over medium low heat or enjoy at room temperature. Top with Chimichurri Chickpea salad, or other legume, enjoy with curry, our tom kha gai  or simply a fried egg and some roasted vegetables.

Lemongrass Coconut Chicken Soup

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low. Careful not to bring to boil as coconut milk is delicate. Serve with the coconut rice, or a green salad.

Roasted Beet and Orange Salad

Best within 3 days. Shake dressing and toss salad. Enjoy with your favorite protein, or all on its own.

Roasted Potato, Sautéed kale and Tangy Herb Frittata

Keeps well for one week. Warm in oven or toaster oven preheated to 350F for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through. Enjoy with some greens for a great breakfast or lunch.

Blueberry Buckwheat Scones

Keeps well for up to one week, refrigerated. To warm, heat in oven set to 350F for 5-8 mins or until just warm. Serve with butter or ghee, and a cup of warm coffee or tea.

Turmeric Ginger Lemonade

Keeps well for up to one week. Serve chilled over ice, or gently warm to enjoy as a hot tea. (To maintain the benefits of vitamin C enjoy within 2 days and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.) Also makes a great base for a cocktail if the mood strikes!
