Zesty Super Greens Soup

Best within one week of receiving. Warm gently, stirring frequently over medium  heat. If the soup gets too thick while reheating, add a few tablespoons of water. Topp with fresh ground pepper and a little lemon for extra zing!

Baby Kale Caesar with Crisped Garlic  Potatoes

Best within 3 days of receiving. Just toss and enjoy! Can be paired with grilled chicken or seared fish. We love this salad with seared wild salmon with crispy skin.

Best within 5 days of receiving or freeze. Warm covered at 375  for 10 minutes and then uncover for 4 or sear both sides on an oiled pan for a couple minutes. Serve with this weeks’ peanut slaw or kale caesar.

Yotam Ottolenghi’s Savory Broccoli Cake

Keeps well for up to one week. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350° and heat for 7-10 mins, or until heated through. The cake should be lightly browned and crispy on the outside. Serve with a side salad dressed in a bright vinaigrette.

Sprouted Peanut Lime Slaw

Best within one week of receiving. Can be enjoyed warm or cold. Shake dressing well before tossing. To warm, heat a heavy bottomed pan on medium, use a high heat oil like avocado or sesame oil and saute for a couple minutes. Once cabbage has softened toss with peanut lime dressing. (If you have sensitive digestion you will likely find heating the cabbage is more digestible.) Serve with this weeks lamb loaf, any protein of your choice or get creative with some homemade tacos!

A kick of white miso also makes this a probiotic booster. Keep this sauce on hand to make a quick snack with raw veggies or use it as a salad dressing or drizzle it over a grain bowl for a quick meal. Enjoy within 5  days of receiving or freeze. If freezing store in a airtight container or straight necked jar (these curved jars tend to crack when freezing.) Be sure to leave an inch of space at the top to allow for expansion. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes and enjoy as a warm beverage or make a quick soup with sauteed vegetables and fresh herbs (pairs really well with shiitake mushrooms for an added detox boost.)
