In a saute pan over medium heat, add a little oil or butter and add shakshuka. Bring to a simmer and then with a spoon, make a little well in the middle of the pan. Crack an egg in the center, season the egg lightly with sea salt and cover the pan with a lid. Reduce heat to low and allow to cook for 8 minutes or until the yolk is no longer visible and the white is cooked completely. Serve with a little toast and enjoy!

Fajita Taco Kit with Heirloom Beans

Heat a large cast-iron pan over high heat, add a little oil and allow to coat the entire pan. Once the oil is hot, add in your fajita veggies. Stir around quickly and then let sear on one side for a minute or so and repeat until veggies are tender and have a nice caramelized color. Add in chicken OR oyster mushrooms and let heat gently until warmed through. Add fajita seasoning and stir to coat the veggies completely. Then add the whipped cilantro lime butter and stir to incorporate. Once the butter has melted, turn off the heat and squeeze lime over the top. Warm tortillas through and serve with the fajitas and cilantro. Warm beans separately in a small pot to be served on the side.

Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil, add noodles and reduce to a simmer. Cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter of your choosing. Sear chicken on both sides to heat through, add one tablespoon of water and cover with a lid to lightly steam. Once water has evaporated, remove from the pan and set aside. Once your noodles are done, strain water and place noodles in a bowl. Pour peanut sauce over the top and garnish with herbs, fresh peppers, cucumber, tofu or chicken and crushed peanuts. Finish with a squeeze of lime and enjoy.
