Coconut Curry with Chickpeas and Wilted Greens

Best within one week of receiving. Warm gently, stirring frequently over low heat so as not to burn the coconut oil. Pairs well with this weeks sprouted rice or any grain you have on hand!

Date and Almond Brown Rice ‘Pilaf’

Best within 5 days of receiving. This dish can be warmed over medium-high heat for a few minutes on the stove or warmed in a n oven at 400 covered for about 10 minutes or until heated through. Pairs well with this week's’ curry or use it to make your own grain bowl- great with a fried egg!

Roasted Yam with Spiced Lamb, Feta and Mint Chimichurri

Best within 3  days of receiving. Warm covered in the oven at 400 for 12-15 minutes. Best to bring to room temperature first -but if you’re in a hurry just add a few minutes in the oven.

Oyster Mushroom Frittata with Caramelized Onion and Herbed Goat Cheese

Keeps well for up to one week. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375° and heat for 7-10 mins, or until heated through. The frittata should be lightly browned and crispy on the outside. Serve with a side salad dressed in a bright vinaigrette, or with any cooked green topped with a squeeze of lemon.

Best within one week  of receiving. Can be toasted at 350° for about 5 minutes or eaten cool or at room temperature.

Best within one week. Enjoy cold or if you prefer, gently warm. This beverage is packed with anti-inflammatory ginger and turmeric as well as vitamin C! (Keep it cold if you want to get the most vitamin C!)

Sprouted Grain Bread with Fresh Onion and Dill

Enjoy within 2 weeks receiving. Slice, toast, and top with your favorite spread. Butter or Ghee is always good. We also love this one with a creamy goat cheese. Can be frozen.
