Pre-heat a cast-iron or saute pan over medium-high heat. Wet a towel with a little water and gently dab the wet towel onto the sopes to moisten the outside a little. Then place in the hot pan flat side down to heat up for a minute or so, flip and cook for another 30-45 seconds. Heat up beans in a small pot, sitrring frequently. Once sopes are done cooking, transfer to a plate. Add a little oil to the hot saute pan, add braised chicken and saute until heated through.
